Brooklands Autumn Motorsport day
The opportunity for spectators to see and hear competition cars at close quarters is quite rare, but visitors to the Autumn Motorsport Day will have a double helping of action.
Over on the Mercedes-Benz World test track, historic saloons and Touring Cars will be stretching their legs.
Later in the day the Test Hill will be operation, and a selection of iconic Group B cars will be charging up the 1:4 climb.
Visitors can expect see a wide variety of cars running, ranging from a 1913 Nazzaro, the monster 24-litre aero-engined Napier Railton belonging to the Museum to the ultra-rare 1992 Maserati Barchetta and a 1990 Benetton F1 car.
All competition and classic cars welcome through the Campbell Gate off Brooklands.
