THE FRIENDS OF LOCKE PARK IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE YORKSHIRE THOROUGHBRED CAR CLUB INVITE YOU TO ATTEND THEIR ANNUAL SUMMER GALA & CLASSIC CAR RALLY TO BE HELD AT LOCKE PARK, BARNSLEY, SOUTH YORKSHIRE.
ALL CLASSIC VEHICLES ARE WELCOME. THERE ARE TEN SELF JUDGED CLASSES WITH A PRIZE AWARDED PER CLASS.
A FEE OF £3-00 IS APPLICABLE TO EACH VEHICLE ENTERED

Location description
Locke Park came into existence in 1861 when Phoebe Locke's Deed of gift dated 24th April set out instructions to her agent to acquire a piece of land to be held in trust by the corporation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Barnsley.
Locke Park is situated on the A6133 Park Road approx 1m from junction 37 of the M1 motorway and 800m out of the town centre.
