British Hill Climb Championship
The first visit this season by the Avon Tyres MSA British Hill Climb Championship and the TTC Group Hill Climb Leaders Championship happens on June 2nd and 3rd. The event also incorporates a round of the Midland Hill Climb Championship, the Pirelli Ferrari Hill Climb Championship and special classes for Historic 500cc cars, BRM cars and Shelsley Specials.
Saturday is the practice day when all competitors are offered two practice runs. Sunday is the event day.
The double climax of two exciting top twelve run-offs takes place on Sunday, the first at the end of morning class runs and the second at the end of the day's competition. The exact list of entries will be released close to the event but is expected to include most of the 2012 top ten with reigning MSA British Champion Scott Moran favourite to take home the spoils but there will be plenty of others queuing up for a spot in each run-off.

Location description
Shelsley Walsh is the oldest motor sport venue in continuous use in the world. First used in 1905, it is older than Indianapolis, Le Mans or Monza. Brooklands has been and gone, but Shelsley Walsh is still here, as old as the sport but as modern as today.
The venue was the first purpose built motor sport venue in history and has continued to be at the heart of motor sport and sporting innovation.
It featured the first electrical motor sport timekeeping and the first motor sport outside broadcast with the innovations continuing through more than 100 years of continuous improvement.
Raymond Mays perfected his ERA racing cars at Shelsley in the 1930's and his later BRM's featured at Shelsley.
